Ingredients required to make fried chicken
- Chicken – one and a half kg (in eight pieces)
- Baking powder – half tea spoon
- Red chilli powder – one and a half spoon
- Worcester sauce – two spoons
- Chinese salt – one fourth tea spoonMustard powder – two spoons
- Ghee – as needed
Prepare batter
Following ingredients are required to prepare batter.
- White flour – two spoon
- Corn flour – two spoon
- Eggs – two
- Salt – one fourth tea spoon
- Milk – one fourth of a cup
- Black pepper powder – one fourth tea spoon
- Chinese salt – one fourth tea spoon
- Baking powder – half tea spoon
Now beat these ingredients together to make beater for fried chicken.
Prepare seasoned flour
- White flour – two spoon
- Corn flour – two spoon
- Baking powder – half tea spoon
- Salt – one fourth tea spoon
- Black pepper powder – one fourth tea spoon
Mix the above ingredients to prepare seasoned flour.
Directions: How to make fried chicken
1. First of all cook chicken for ten minutes in boiling water.
2. After that marinate chicken with Chinese salt, red chilli powder, baking powder, Worcester sauce and mustard powder. And put it for one hour after marinating.
3. After one hour dip the chicken in batter which we prepared and then roll it in seasoned flour.
4. Now heat up ghee and then put chicken pieces in it and fry it until its colour become golden brown.
